Hi, I’m Natalia (she/her),

I see you with your demanding lifestyle and putting yourself last. More than once you’ve considered (or tried) therapy only for that to drop off. Maybe asking for help isn’t natural for you, you’d rather figure it out on your own. Or you’ve felt misunderstood and letting someone in is a big risk. You experience life deeply and really care about your people. Maybe you just bounce between numb and overwhelmed. You work hard, expect greatness and don’t feel confident that you’re doing enough.

You exist within relationships and environments that shape and impact you. Our unique relationship can be a space to explore, rest, connect and grow. My clients describe me as genuine, warm, and patient. You can expect me to encourage and challenge you, share simple attachment-based wisdom, and laugh with you.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As an HSP, I have always been easily attuned to the emotions and needs of others, and sensitive to the world around me. This has made me deeply interested in understanding family dynamics, our mind/body connection, and eager for everyone to have a seat at the table. I'm trained in EMDR and have spent years exploring how trauma and stress affect the nervous system.

I’ve spent the past 5 years primarily working with clients who identify as highly sensitive, gifted, ADHD and/or 2e and experience the world in vast and incredible ways. I have seen how living in society that isn’t designed with neuro(diversity) in mind can create internalized shame, trauma and isolation.

I easily connect with young people and enjoy watching clients find their voice and confidence. I often work with teens and adults who are motivated, yet have a hard time understanding their own quirks and inherent worth.

I’m a dog-lover and Aggie, who has enjoyed living in a city of Longhorns since 2014. I am a bilingual, first-gen/third culture American and travel to visit my extended family in Poland. I value spending time with loved ones, travel and fixating on new hobbies such as yoga and aerial sling. I recharge my battery by watching low-stakes baking shows and in nature.
