What I Offer
-
Adult Individual Therapy
Whether this current season of your life feels like a struggle or you’re interested in making broader changes and growth. You may prefer to work with me for an open-ended period of time, as healing involves ups and downs, and your needs may evolve. This allow more room for what comes up naturally each week. You may also choose to work together towards set, specific goals.
I serve adults 18+ through the use of traditional talk therapy, EMDR therapy or through a combination of both. Available in-person and virtually.
-
Teen Therapy
Understanding who you are and dealing with stress, and other emotions can be challenging. Friendship, dating and family may feel equally frustrating. We will focus on what feels important to you. Maybe therapy has been suggested by a parent or adult in your life, but you’re curious about trying it out. We can set goals together to focus on or allow room for what comes up naturally each week.
I serve teens 15+ through the use of traditional talk therapy, EMDR therapy or through a combination of both. Available in-person and virtually.
-
Parenting Support
This can look like short-term coaching, or ongoing support related to understanding the impact of your own childhood and current family system. All starting from a place of non-judgement and grace. We may discuss frustrating behaviors and boundaries, and I will invite you to look beneath the surface to better understand needs, your teen’s brain and how to tap into connection. You may have specific goals in mind or we can collaborate on goals together.
I serve parents of teens. Available in-person and virtually.
Session Fees:
All in-person and virtual sessions are provided in 45-minute increments at a set rate of 150 per session.
Please note: I am private pay only. This means that I do not accept or panel with any insurance companies. I am able to provide a special receipt called a “superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please ask about this if you are interested.
